Donna Tosh Rullo - Owner and Principal Designer

Donna is the creative visionary for Rullo & Co. Designs. She has worked in the industry for over 23 years, energetically providing extraordinary design solutions for residential and commercials clients. Donna and her creative team provide solutions that are not only aesthetically stimulating and pleasing but meet the individual needs of the space with a unique flair and creativity. She particularly enjoys the challenge of the variety of projects that Rullo & Co. Designs has been blessed with. She is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers and a member of the Texas Association of Interior Designers. Donna has accreditation with the Window Fashions Certification Program.

Karen Barlow - Studio Director/Designer

Combining an extensive career in marketing with a life-long passion for design, Karen brings a unique set of talents. The creation and process of beautifully transforming a space and the benefits to her clients is the highlight of design for Karen. She provides oversight of the design studio, marketing promotion and facilitation of residential and commercial projects. Karen received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Hardin Simmons University and a secondary degree in Interior Design from St. Mary’s University.

Barbara Mechler - Designer/Outside Sales

Barbara’s varied experience contributes to the extensive capabilities available to the clients of Rullo & Co. Designs.  For over 25 years, Barbara has been involved in residential design in new construction and rearrangement of a client’s own furnishings.  She especially appreciates the creative aspect of design.  She is a member of the Interior Arrangement Design Association and has certification with the Window Fashions Certification Program.  Barbara received her education from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a secondary degree from St. Mary’s University.
